This past weekend I went to Barnes and Noble and finally used the gift card I got for Christmas. I bought two books

So I tried out one of the techniques used in the lampwork book.
I'm pleased with the results for my first few tries.
My glass disk kept shattering before I could add all the dots to make the flower petals.

Bead Books and my first bracelet

I'm not really impressed with this book but its got a couple cute projects.

I started working on my first bracelet last night. I'm using memory wire for a long spring like bracelet. This is the style my mom has been wearing lately so I'm making it for her for mothers day.
